Everbond RV Gap & Crack Foam Sealant 12 oz — Flexible, Insulating, RV-Engineered

Calculate How Much Roof Coating You Need.

This chart will give you a general idea of about how much coating you will need to complete this project. Your RV roof coating should have a final application of about 50 SQ FT per gallon.

HOW TO MEASURE LIKE A PRO.

Take your RV roof width multiplied by RV roof length to get total coverage. Example if you have a RV that is 10 ft wide by 20 ft long (10 x 20 = 200 Sq Ft) Once you know your SQ FT you simply divide that by 50 sq ft per gallon so you would need 4 gallons in that example.

Additional Items needed might include cleaner, Primer, and waterproofing coating tape.

Standard expanding foam does one thing well — it expands. But on an RV, rigid foam cracks under road vibration, pulls away from seams, and lets water right back in. Everbond RV Series Gap & Crack Foam is engineered specifically for recreational vehicles — flexible enough to move with your rig and tough enough to seal it for the long haul.

  • ✅ Fills gaps and cracks up to 3" wide in a single application
  • ✅ Flexible polyurethane formula — won't crack or shrink with road vibration
  • ✅ Seals RV walls, floors, vents, storage bays, and utility penetrations
  • ✅ Insulating — reduces heat transfer and improves energy efficiency
  • ✅ Paintable and sandable after cure
  • ✅ 12 oz can with straw applicator for precision placement

Rigid foam cracks. Flexible foam lasts. Most RV owners don't find out their foam failed until they spot water damage inside. Everbond's flexible formula moves when your RV moves — so the seal never breaks.

  1. It is best to apply during mornings and evenings without direct sun on a dry day above 10C/50F. The product stays soft, flexible and may have some tackiness, not meant for decks, patios, balconies or as a constant walking surface. For larger areas, pour out and spread around with a broom, roller or squeegee.
  2. Generally, you can apply 1-2 coats per day. Apply the next heavy coat when it's dry to touch (typically 6-8 hours), make sure there is no uncured material underneath. Tacky is ok.
  3. Curing time depends on temperature, humidity and airflow. Make sure you do not combine black products with colored products, use one or the other.
